Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the public site, your account, and the subscription video library.

Information you give us

Account details. When you register, we collect your name and email address, and you set a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see them.

Membership and purchases. When you subscribe or buy something, we record what you bought and your membership tier, so we can give you access to the right content.

Enquiries. If you contact us or submit a support request, we collect your name, email address, and your message.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored by us — we receive only confirmation of the payment and the last four digits of the card. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.

The video library

Videos are hosted and delivered by Vimeo. When you play one, Vimeo receives the request and may set its own cookies, governed by Vimeo's privacy policy. We use your account and membership tier to determine which videos you can access.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not track you across other websites.

It records the page visited, the site you arrived from, your approximate location (country or city level, derived from your IP address), and your browser and device type. Visits are counted using a temporary identifier that is not stored on your device. We only ever see aggregated totals, and this information is not used to identify you.

We rely on a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to run this site:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery
• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and database
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vimeo — video hosting and streaming
• Resend — email delivery
• Ahrefs — cookieless website analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Cookies and your device

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. These are required for the site to work and cannot be turned off while you are logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Embedded Vimeo players may set their own cookies when you play a video.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information your browser sends when it requests a page, including your IP address, and keeps short-lived logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

How long we keep information

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as long afterwards as we need for our business and tax records. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to resolve them. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information; we will honor these requests wherever you are.

Children

This site is intended for adults and for professional Pilates education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we add or change a service that handles your information, we will update this page and revise the date above.
